When we've gathered enough teens, we email you with a reference code and instructions. Pay by Revolut, Wise, or bank transfer (EUR IBAN).
You were never charged, so there's nothing to refund. We simply hold the club over for another week.
No. Every session is a one-off €8. No monthly fees, no auto-renewals, no card on file.
Yes. The room is locked with a waiting room enabled. Luke admits each student individually — only paid, invited students get in. Max 10 teens per group.
Not at all. Teens are here to practise speaking and listening — cameras off is completely fine. Luke turns his camera on at the start to introduce himself, then turns it off so everyone can focus on the conversation.
Yes. Luke holds an enhanced UK Disclosure and Barring Service check — the highest standard for working with children.
Never — apart from Luke as the teacher. Every other participant is a teen aged 13–17, verified at signup.
Just name, age, email, level, and nationality. Nothing shared with third parties. GDPR compliant. Deleted on request.
Strictly 13–17. Ages are verified at signup so every group is teens-only.
Minimum B1 (Intermediate). If your teen can chat about hobbies and school, they're ready.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. All confirmations and payment info come to you, not your teen.
