How does the credit system work?

Each paid speaking club costs 1 credit. You can buy 1 credit (£10), 2 credits (£9.50 each), 3 credits (£9 each), or 4 credits (£8.50 each).
The more credits you buy, the more you save per session. Your code is active for 45 days from when it is generated.
How do I use my credits?

After purchasing credits, you’ll receive a unique access code by email.
When you see a PAID speaking club on our site, click to register and enter your email and access code.
One credit will be used to hold your place. If the club does not reach its two-person minimum, that credit will be returned automatically to the same code.
What’s special about paid clubs?

Paid clubs are limited to just 4 students, compared to larger free clubs.
This means much more speaking time, smaller group discussions, and focused conversation practice,
all hosted by a British native speaker.
Do credits expire?

Yes. Your code will be active for 45 days from when it is generated. On the 46th day it will become inactive, so please plan to use your credits before the expiry date shown in your email.
If I’m the only person signed up, will the speaking club still go ahead?

Paid speaking clubs need at least 2 people to go ahead. One credit is used to hold your booking.
As soon as a second person books, we will email everyone to confirm the club. If fewer than 2 active bookings remain
6 hours before the start, the club will not go ahead and one credit will be returned automatically to your existing code.
Can I get a refund?

Yes. If after your first paid speaking club you’re not happy,
just send us a message and we’ll refund you.
There is 10 minutes before the speaking club and I can't sign up!

The official cutoff for our English speaking clubs is
15 minutes before the session starts.
However, if you see a free space and still want to join,
contact us here and we will do our best to fit you in.
I regsitered for a speaking club, but didn't get a confirmation email.

For paid clubs, we will email you as soon as a second person books and the club is confirmed. We then send the usual joining reminder before the club.
If the club has fewer than 2 active bookings 6 hours before it starts, it will be cancelled and one credit will be returned automatically to the same code.
