Frequently Asked Questions

How does the credit system work? +
Each paid speaking club costs 1 credit. You can buy 1 credit (£10), 2 credits (£9 each), 3 credits (£8 each), or 4 credits (£7 each). The more credits you buy, the more you save per session. Credits don’t expire and can be used flexibly.
How do I use my credits? +
After purchasing credits, you’ll receive a unique access code by email. When you see a PAID speaking club on our site, click to register and enter your email and access code. One credit will be deducted automatically.
What’s special about paid clubs? +
Paid clubs are limited to just 4 students, compared to larger free clubs. This means much more speaking time, smaller group discussions, and focused conversation practice, all hosted by a British native speaker.
Do credits expire? +
No — your credits never expire. You can use them whenever you want to join a paid speaking club.
If I’m the only person signed up, will the speaking club still go ahead? +
Yes. Your speaking club will still go ahead. Even if only 3, 2, or just 1 student is registered, the session will run as planned. In that case, you’ll simply get more speaking time — similar to an individual speaking session.
Can I get a refund? +
Yes. If after your first paid speaking club you’re not happy, just send us a message and we’ll refund you.
